Executive · AI Literacy for the board (4-8 hours)
For CEOs, boards and area directors. What generative AI is (and is not), how to read a vendor proposal without being oversold, how to decide on investment with a make-vs-buy framework. Includes well-known failure cases and their lessons.
Operations · Applied prompt engineering (16-24 hours)
For marketing, HR, administration and sales. Working with models to automate reports, e-mail, analysis and contracts. Pure lab: every participant leaves with their own working workflows and a company prompt library.
Tech · Agents and RAG bootcamp (32-40 hours)
For developers, data teams and IT. Five intensive days to bring a working agent into production on company data: RAG architecture, vector databases, multi-step agents, evaluation and guardrails.
Custom · Tailored programmes
Programmes tailored to your sector and technology stack, co-designed: for whole companies or multiple departments, built on your use cases and your documents.
Funding
All programmes are fundable through the Italian Interprofessional Funds: Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti and Fondo Nuove Competenze. We support you from fund identification to programme design, through to final reporting: we handle the bureaucracy, you keep the focus on training.
How we teach
No theory-only courses: every lab works on your company's real documents, data and processes. You enter with a problem and leave with a ready-to-use artefact: an automated workflow, a prompt library, an agent in testing. Training also covers the AI-literacy obligation under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act.
