Why we exist

According to the MIT NANDA report The GenAI Divide (2025), 95% of companies get no measurable return from generative AI (source). We were founded to be in the 5% that works. To get there we do not start from technology but from processes: we understand how your company really works, then choose the right tool, and only if it is needed.

The BPO Organizers group

We are the AI spin-off of BPO Organizers, a business process consulting group. From the group we inherit the method (expert, multidisciplinary approach; fast, non-invasive analysis; data-driven continuous improvement), an international network of professionals and a contractual guarantee of results.

The four-phase method

Every project, from consulting to agent development, follows the same four phases.

   Deep listening

   Once the proposal is approved, we start with two weeks inside your operations: we talk to the people who do the work, not only those who decide, through shadowing, interviews, data and document audit.

2. 024–6 weeks

   Working prototype

   A proof-of-concept running on your real data, tested by the people who will use it every day. We iterate until the frontline is convinced.

3. 036–10 weeks

   Release and integration

   Production deployment integrated with your existing systems (CRM, ERP, back office) and key metrics monitored from day zero.

4. 04Ongoing

   Technology transfer

   A complete handover of technology, processes and operational know-how: we make the system manageable by your own team.
